Service Description
This 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course equips learners with the essential skills and confidence to respond to workplace emergencies. Fully compliant with HSE guidelines, it is ideal for appointed workplace first aiders in low-risk environments. You will learn how to assess an incident, perform CPR and use an AED, manage unconscious casualties, control bleeding, treat shock, and respond to choking and minor injuries. Duration: 1 day (6 hours) Certification: Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (valid for 3 years) Be prepared to act quickly and confidently when it matters most.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a course you have booked, the following terms apply: More than 7 working days before the course: Refund minus a £20 admin fee. Within 7 working days of the course: 50% refund OR one free reschedule. Within 3 working days of the course: One free reschedule only (no refund) Less than 3 working days before the course: No refunds or reschedules. All cancellations and reschedules must be made in writing.
