Service Description
Stay licensed. Stay sharp. Keep your SIA licence up to date and your skills sharp. Refresh your knowledge in conflict management, physical intervention, and counter-terror awareness. Stay confident, compliant, and ready for duty. Please be aware you must have at least 1 year left on your current first aid certificate from the first date of the course in order to be able to attend. If not, you will be need to attend an Emergency First Aid at Work course.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a course you have booked, the following terms apply: More than 7 working days before the course: Refund minus a £20 admin fee. Within 7 working days of the course: 50% refund OR one free reschedule. Within 3 working days of the course: One free reschedule only (no refund) Less than 3 working days before the course: No refunds or reschedules. All cancellations and reschedules must be made in writing.
