Keep your skills current and your SIA training up to date with our Door Supervisor Refresher Course. This course refreshes and develops the key knowledge and practical skills required for Door Supervisors, including: -Conflict Management -Physical Intervention -Counter-Terrorism Awareness Refresh your knowledge, build your confidence and ensure you’re prepared to carry out your role safely and professionally. *First Aid Requirement* You must hold a valid first aid certificate with at least 1 year remaining from the first day of your DS Refresher course. If your first aid certificate does not meet this requirement, you will need to complete an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course before attending the DS Refresher course, simply add this to your booking at checkout.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a course you have booked, the following terms apply: More than 7 working days before the course: Refund minus a £25 admin fee. Within 7 working days of the course: 50% refund OR one free reschedule. Within 3 working days of the course: One free reschedule only (no refund) Less than 1 working days before the course: No refunds or reschedules. All cancellations and reschedules must be made in writing.
